Company Overview:

Responsibilities:

• Develop market insights through market intel and competitive product analysis.
• Define problem space and target audiences.
• Formulate strategy and develop lean business cases.
• Establish KPIs, research plans, and conduct cost-benefit analyses.
• Create vision, mission, strategy stack, and product roadmap.
• Plan products: build, buy, or partner; design experience maps and feature sets.
• Conduct POC, pilots, and determine scalability based on success criteria.

Development and GTM:

• Ensure development aligns with GTM plans through check-ins with agile teams.
• Support sales with RFP responses, client demos, and meetings.
• Collaborate with marketing for value propositions, collateral, and training.
• Develop pricing strategies and product bundling options.
• Manage post-launch product lifecycle.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Healthcare experience, preferably in PBM.
• Experience with digital transformation and healthcare automation.
• Clinical product experience (e.g., pharmacy programs, eRx, ePA).
• Knowledge of PBM and pharmacy operations.
• End-to-end product management and business model creation.
• Experience with government programs like Managed Medicaid.
