Job Description

Position: Director, Product Strategy - Clinical, eHealth

About DomaniRx: Revolutionizing the Pharmacy Benefits space with a modern, cloud-native, cloud-agnostic, and API-first approach.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop market insights, conduct competitive intelligence, define problem space, and formulate strategy.
2. Create lean business cases, KPIs, research plans, and perform cost-benefit analyses.
3. Develop product roadmaps, vision, mission, and strategy stacks.
4. Plan product features, conduct POCs and pilots, and assess scalability.
5. Coordinate with agile teams to ensure development aligns with go-to-market plans.
6. Support GTM planning, including sales support, marketing collaboration, client demonstrations, and training.
7. Manage post-launch product lifecycle.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Healthcare experience, preferably with PBM.
• Experience with digital transformation and healthcare technology automation.
• Clinical product experience (e.g., pharmacy clinical programs, eRx, ePA).
• Knowledge of PBM and pharmacy operations.
• End-to-end product management skills.
• Experience with business model creation and government programs like Managed Medicaid.
