Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Director of Product Management for Emerging Segments to lead portfolio strategy, commercialization excellence, and lifecycle management for diagnostic products. You will align cross-functional stakeholders across R&D, Operations, and Market Access to drive forecasting, resource planning, and operational efficiency.

The position emphasizes AI-enhanced decision support and agent-enabled workflows, with a focus on portfolio expansion, margin growth, and strategic partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 7+ years’ experience in product management or portfolio strategy in Diagnostics, Pharma or Life Sciences.
• Advanced degree preferred (MS, MPH, MBA, or PhD).

Responsibilities

• Lead product and portfolio lifecycle strategy, forecasting, and roadmap development.
• Apply deep disease-domain expertise, regulatory insight, and strong business acumen to advance adoption, profitability, margin expansion, and portfolio performance.
• Monitor scientific, regulatory, and competitive developments to inform portfolio direction.
• Lead development of product business cases, including market sizing, growth projections, total cost estimation, business goals, workflows, and requirements.
• Serve as the commercial representative for assigned products across scientific, ops, and market access teams.
• Manage strategic partnerships to expand product capabilities, drive distribution, and unlock new revenue streams.
• Represent customer voice in strategic committees and align on product evolution, pricing, and GTM strategy.
• Partner with Marketing to support differentiation and thought leadership.
