Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Director, Solutions Marketing to lead portfolio marketing strategy and sales enablement across diagnostic products and services. You will guide messaging, competitive positioning, and evidence-based storytelling to accelerate portfolio growth.

You will manage a team of Portfolio Marketers, develop capabilities in positioning, messaging, and analytics, and partner with Product Management, Sales, and Medical teams to ensure strategic alignment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree is required.
5+ years of experience in product management or portfolio marketing strategy.
Experience in diagnostics or healthcare sectors is preferred.
Experience in Sales Enablement or Commercial Excellence is a plus.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Product Management to shape sales enablement tools and messages.
Align with Sales leadership to tailor training, tools, and field-ready materials.
Provide market, competitive, and portfolio insights to guide strategy and investments.
Lead and develop the Portfolio Marketing team to achieve marketing excellence and clear messaging.
Leverage AI to accelerate workflows, summarize evidence, and standardize artifacts across roles.
