Job summary

Labcorp seeks a Director of Solutions Marketing to lead portfolio strategy, messaging, and sales enablement across diagnostics. You will partner with Product Management and Sales to drive market insight, competitive positioning, and commercial excellence.

You will coach a Portfolio Marketing team, develop capabilities in narrative development and analytics, and guide AI-enhanced workflows to accelerate portfolio growth and product launches.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree.
5+ years in product management or portfolio marketing strategy.
Preferred: 3+ years in diagnostics or healthcare sectors.
Preferred: 3+ years leading and developing teams.

Responsibilities

Partner with Product Management on sales enablement tools and messaging.
Lead portfolio strategy, KPIs, and dashboards with cross-functional input.
Coach and develop a team of Portfolio Marketers.
Use AI to accelerate workflow and enhance decision making.
