Labcorp seeks a Director, Product Management for Emerging Segments to lead portfolio strategy, commercialization, and lifecycle management across diagnostics products. The role partners with R&D, Operations, and Market Access to drive growth and profitability.
The director will apply disease-domain expertise, regulatory insight, and strong business acumen, guiding go-to-market plans, pricing decisions, and cross-functional execution with AI-enabled insights and governance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; 7+ years in product management or portfolio strategy in Diagnostics, Pharma or Life Sciences.
- Experience with diagnostics commercialization and regulatory pathways is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead product and portfolio lifecycle strategy, forecasting, and roadmap development.
- Monitor regulatory, scientific, and competitive developments to inform portfolio direction.
- Develop product business cases including market sizing, growth projections, and financials.
- Partner withMarketing to support differentiation strategy and thought leadership.
- Lead and ensure operational readiness for product launches and acquisitions.
- Manage strategic partnerships to expand product capabilities and revenue streams.
