Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Director of Product Management for Hereditary Cancer to drive portfolio strategy, commercialization excellence, and lifecycle management. The role centers on aligning R&D, Operations, and Market Access with a strong commercial perspective, including forecasting, program governance, and budgeting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years’ experience in healthcare product management or portfolio strategy.
• Advanced degree preferred (MS/ MPH/ MBA/ PhD).

Responsibilities

• Lead product and portfolio lifecycle strategy, forecasting, and roadmap development.
• Monitor scientific, regulatory, and competitive developments to inform portfolio direction.
• Lead development of product business cases, including market sizing and growth projections, total cost estimation, business goals, operational workflows, outcomes, and functional requirements.
• Serve as the commercial representative for assigned products across team functions.
• Manage strategic partnerships to expand product capabilities and revenue streams.
• Lead and communicate product vision to partners and internal teams.
