Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a healthcare-related field or equivalent.
• 7+ years in product management or portfolio marketing strategy within healthcare (pharma/Diagnostics).
• Masters degree preferred (MBA/MA/MS).
• 1+ years in diagnostics or healthcare sectors; 3+ years in Women’s Health, Rare Disease, or Genetic testing preferred.
• 1+ years experience creating and executing go-to-market plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead Sales Enablement & Commercial Alignment initiatives.
• Direct Portfolio Strategy, Insights & Performance leadership and KPI dashboards.
• Oversee Team Leadership & Capability Development across marketing functions.
• Incorporate AI to accelerate portfolio marketing workflows and decision making.
