Labcorp leads global diagnostic services and seeks a Director, Solutions Marketing to drive strategic portfolio leadership across women’s health, rare disease, and hereditary cancer. You will craft differentiated positioning, evidence-based messaging, and sales enablement strategies to fuel launches and growth.

The role emphasizes translating complex science into clear, credible messaging for Sales and field teams, enabling confident customer engagement and strong commercial performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required in a health-related field.
• 7+ years in product management or portfolio marketing in healthcare (pharma/diagnostics).
• MBA or Master’s degree preferred; experience in diagnostics or healthcare sectors is a plus.
• Experience in go-to-market planning to support business growth.
• Experience applying AI to portfolio marketing workflows; ability to balance automation with expert judgment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Management on strategy and quality standards for sales enablement tools and messages.
• Collaborate with Sales leadership to identify needs and equip the field for impactful customer conversations.
• Lead market and competitive intelligence gathering to refine messaging and tools.
• Drive portfolio strategy, KPI dashboards, and cross-functional reviews with Marketing, Sales, and Medical teams.
• Lead and develop capabilities in messaging, narrative development, and analytics.
