Axon Enterprise is hiring for a senior Financial Planning & Analysis professional to partner with the finance organization and business leaders. You will drive process improvements, enhance forecasting, and support the corporate FP&A and budgeting processes for R&D and product spend.

You will collaborate with product, engineering and cross-functional teams in a hybrid in-office setting at multiple US hubs including Scottsdale.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in financial modeling, forecasting and business analytics.
• Proven track record of owning projects and cross-functional delivery.
• Experience driving process improvements for quality, timeliness and efficiency.
• Tech/SaaS industry experience; manufacturing experience.
• Excellent analytical, oral and written communication skills.
• Self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit.

Responsabilidades

• Apply business and financial acumen to support various levels of decision makers with data and metrics.
• Support product roadmap prioritization with leadership and engineering/product teams.
• Model new product design iterations and build business cases for new products.
• Lead cost reductions, headcount, and budget reviews aligned to plan and strategy.
• Support corporate forecasting for R&D/product spend and present to leaders.
• Assist in Investment Business Cases for new products and initiatives cross-functionally.
• Analyze market and P&L performance for product segments with KPIs and data.
