Job summary

Axon Enterprise in the United States is seeking an experienced FP&A professional to support forecasting, budgeting and financial analysis across product and R&D spend. You will partner with engineering, product and finance leaders to drive data-driven decisions and efficiency improvements.

The role emphasizes ownership, cross-functional teamwork, and rigorous analysis in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid work with in-office Tuesdays–Fridays across hubs, including Sterling, is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Financial Accounting.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial modeling, forecasting and business analytics in a dynamic environment.
• Proven track record of owning projects and driving their completion cross-functionally.
• Experience driving process improvements focused on quality, timeliness and improved efficiency.
• Ability to work independently with strong attention to quality and deadlines.
• Data analysis and dynamic scenario modeling with emphasis on modeling inputs and assumptions.
• Technology/software/SaaS industry experience.
• Manufacturing experience.
• Excellent analytical, oral and written communication skills.
• Strong planning, organization, and multi-tasking skills.
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit.

Responsibilities

• Apply business and financial acumen to support various levels of decision makers with data and metrics.
• Support Product Roadmap prioritization based on profit and resource constraints.
• Model new product design iterations and develop business cases based on product-market fit and cost reduction.
• Drive cost reduction, headcount and budget reviews aligned to plan and strategy.
• Support corporate forecasting process and present results to R&D leaders.
• Assist in Investment Business Cases for new products and strategic initiatives.
• Contribute to holistic analysis of market and P&L performance for key segments.
