Job summary

Axon in Boston is seeking a Senior FP&A professional to drive forecasting, budgeting, cost optimization and strategic portfolio planning. You will collaborate with finance leaders and product teams to align plans with corporate strategy.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, scenario modeling, and strong communication across senior stakeholders, with hybrid in-office schedule at select US hubs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/finance required.
• 7+ years of experience in financial modeling, forecasting and analytics.
• Proven cross-functional project ownership.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with technology/SaaS and manufacturing sectors is a plus.
• Ability to work independently with tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Apply business and financial acumen to support Operational and Financial decision makers with data, analysis, metrics and processes.
• Support Product Roadmap prioritization based on profit and resource constraints in partnership with engineering and product leads.
• Model new product designs and build business cases based on market fit and cost reduction.
• Drive regular cost reduction, headcount and budget reviews to align with plans.
• Support corporate FP&A forecasting and present results to R&D leaders.
• Support Strategic Portfolio Planning with Investment Business Cases and cross-functional collaboration with full P&L exposure.
• Analyze market and P&L performance for product segments with data and KPIs.
