Job summary

Axon is seeking a finance-focused professional to join our FP&A team in a hybrid role supporting the US business from our Scottsdale hub. You will partner with finance leaders and product teams to drive forecasts, analyze profitability, and strengthen decision making.

Responsibilities include building financial models, evaluating product roadmaps, and delivering actionable insights tied to strategy and cost optimization. Strong communication and ownership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business or accounting; 7+ years in financial modeling, forecasting and analytics.
• Experience partnering with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to influence decisions.
• Proven track record of owning projects from conception to completion.

Responsibilities

• Apply financial acumen to support executive decision making with data, metrics and operating model alignment.
• Support product roadmap prioritization in collaboration with engineering and product leads.
• Model new product iterations and build business cases based on product-market fit and cost reduction.
• Drive cost, headcount and budget reviews aligned to company plan and strategy.
• Support corporate forecasting for R&D and product spend; present to leadership.
• Assist in Strategic Portfolio Planning with investment cases and cross-functional collaboration.
• Analyze market and P&L performance for key segments with KPI reporting.
