Job summary

Axon Enterprise is seeking a seasoned FP&A/Finance professional to drive forecasting, analytics, and strategic planning. You will partner with product, engineering and leadership to optimize financial performance and support key business decisions.

The role requires 7+ years in financial modeling and forecasting within a dynamic environment, plus manufacturing/Tech experience. Hybrid in-office schedule at US hubs including Atlanta, with strong collaboration and problem-solving focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Financial Accounting is required.
• 7+ years of experience in financial modeling, forecasting and analytics.
• Proven track record of owning projects and cross-functional delivery.
• Experience driving process improvements focused on quality and efficiency.
• Ability to work independently with strong deadlines.
• Tech/SaaS industry experience is preferred.
• Manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support operational and financial decision makers with data, metrics, and models.
• Assist Product Roadmap prioritization based on profit contribution and resource constraints.
• Model new product designs and build business cases for new products/features.
• Drive cost reduction, headcount, and budget reviews aligned with the plan.
• Support the corporate FP&A process and present to R&D leaders.
• Assist in Strategic Portfolio Planning and create Investment Business Cases.
• Analyze market and P&L performance for product segments with data and KPIs.
