Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Financial Accounting
• 7+ years of experience in financial modeling, forecasting and business analytics
• Proven track record of owning projects cross-functionally
• Experience driving process improvements focused on quality and efficiency
• Ability to work independently with strong deadlines
• Data analysis and scenario modeling aligned with strategic goals
• Technology/SaaS manufacturing industry experience
• Excellent analytical and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Apply business and financial acumen to support decision makers with data, metrics, processes and operating model alignment
• Support Product Roadmap prioritization based on profit contribution and resource constraints
• Model new product design iterations and develop business cases based on product-market fit and cost reduction
• Drive regular cost reduction, headcount and budget reviews aligned to plan and strategy
• Support corporate forecasting for R&D/product spend and present to R&D leaders and executives
• Contribute to Investment Business Cases for new products and initiatives with cross-functional collaboration
• Provide holistic analysis of market and P&L performance for key product segments with data and KPIs
