Job summary

Capital One seeks a Senior Director of Product Strategy and Analysis to support the Consumer and Developer Experience leadership. This role combines strategic advisory with hands-on product development, partnering with product and engineering teams to translate vision into scalable digital experiences.

You will define business strategies, lead AI transformation initiatives, and guide analytics and landscape assessments to anticipate market shifts.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree required.
At least 5 years of experience performing quantitative analysis.
At least 5 years of experience performing qualitative analysis.
At least 3 years of experience performing people management.
At least 3 years of experience performing project management.

Responsibilities

Define business strategies for CDX areas.
Lead priority strategic initiatives for CDX (e.g., AI transformation).
Support the organization’s intelligence unit with analytics and landscape assessments.
Set the vision for long-term product innovation with engineering partners.
Lead a team of strategy and product leaders and invest in their development.
Foster a customer-centric product culture and strong stakeholder relationships.
