Bridge Homes is seeking a senior process improvement leader to drive enterprise-wide redesign of business processes across property operations, corporate functions, and technology-enabled workflows.

You will standardize, consolidate, and automate processes, establish KPIs, and lead governance for SOP creation and updates, partnering with SMEs to ensure accurate, accessible documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business/operations.
• 8+ years in process improvement and change management with leadership.
• Experience designing SOPs and process documentation at scale.
• Proven track record leading technology or operational transformations.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead enterprise-wide process improvement across property operations and corporate functions.
• Identify opportunities to standardize, consolidate, and automate processes.
• Design future-state workflows and measure impact with KPIs.
• Own governance for SOP creation, review, and version control.
