Job summary

Arcis Golf, a dynamic national golf and hospitality company, seeks an experienced Business Process Manager to design and optimize SOPs, governance, and cross‑functional workflows across the organization. You will collaborate with department leaders to drive improvements and ensure compliance with policy standards.

You will develop operational dashboards, establish KPIs, track risks, and lead workshops to align initiatives with strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in BPM, operations, or process governance.
• Experience influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong documentation and facilitation skills.
• Experience with SOPs, governance models, and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain SOPs and business workflows across the organization.
• Own and manage the business process governance framework, including documentation, process controls, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional working sessions, workshops, and project teams to drive clarity, accountability, and execution.
• Develop and maintain operational dashboards and reporting that provide visibility into process performance, compliance, risks, and key business metrics.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, operational discipline, and enterprise-wide collaboration.
