Job summary

Lennar Corporation is seeking a Sr. Manager, Operational Excellence to drive the design, standardization, and execution of scalable processes across the homebuilding value chain.

You will partner with business leaders to pilot, refine, and scale new ways of working that improve customer and associate experiences. Responsibilities include leading process documentation, SOP development, and change management, while identifying automation opportunities and measuring process health across enterprise

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 7–10 years of progressive experience in process excellence, consulting, or operations.
• Proven track record leading large-scale process transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide operational excellence strategy aligned with business goals.
• Map processes and produce SOPs, quick reference guides, and process maps.
• Identify standard methods for processes and pilot before scaling.
• Drive adoption with stakeholders and coach leaders post handoff.
• Facilitate expert groups to design and test new standard processes.
• Lead change management for new processes and tools.
• Identify automation opportunities and hand off well-defined processes for automation.
• Define and track process health metrics to diagnose issues.
• Conduct root cause analyses and operational reviews to surface gaps.
