Lennar is seeking a Sr. Manager, Operational Excellence to design, standardize, and scale processes across the homebuilding value chain. You will drive continuous improvement, map workflows into SOPs, and pilot changes with cross-functional teams.

You will lead change management, coach leaders on sustaining standards, and partner with technology teams to automate and measure process health, supporting customers, homeowners, and associates across Lennar’s operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 7–10 years of progressive experience in process excellence, management consulting, or business operations.
• Proven track record of large-scale process transformation and continuous improvement.
• Hands-on expertise in process mapping and documentation using Lucid or Visio.
• Strong proficiency leveraging AI tools to accelerate process documentation, analysis, and content development.

Responsabilités

• Lead enterprise-wide operational excellence strategy aligned with business goals.
• Map processes and create SOPs, quick reference guides, and process maps using Lucid or Visio.
• Pilot standardized methods with one team before scaling.
• Coach leaders to sustain new processes post-handoff.
• Facilitate subject matter expert groups to design and test new standard processes.
• Lead change management and drive adoption of new processes and tools.
• Identify automation opportunities and hand off processes to technology teams.
• Define and track process health metrics to ensure adherence to standards.
