Job summary

SBI is seeking a Director, Pricing to provide high‑level leadership on complex client engagements and establish themselves as a pricing and revenue growth expert, trusted advisor to client executives. You will work on-site at client locations and from a home office, reporting to a Managing Director, delivering on-time, on-budget programs and leading a team.

Core responsibilities include business development, client expansion, and coaching Engagement Managers and Consultants, with deep experience

Responsibilities

• Deliver multiple concurrent complex client engagements on-time and on-budget using sound program management.
• Lead business development efforts to win new logo clients and expand existing accounts.
• Attract, develop, and retain consulting talent, managing and coaching a team of Engagement Managers and Consultants.
• Deep practical experience with Pricing Strategy and ability to synthesize data and observations.
• Executive presence with great communication skills and confidence with VP and C-level executives.
• Ability to lead and develop a team, set expectations, and motivate others to do their best work.
