Qualifications

• 5+ years in Healthcare Revenue Cycle
• Bachelor degree required
• 3 years insurance verification, managed care or care management desirable

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement infrastructure for the Pre Service department to enable a positive patient experience and smooth entry into the healthcare system.
• Manage hospital and patient services surrounding Pre Service, including service level modeling and collaboration across departments.
• Direct strategies related to Pre Service technologies and oversee outsourcing contracts with defined SLAs and documentation.
• Liaise with physicians, office staff, and vendors to ensure alignment with department goals.
• Lead quality assurance reviews and coordinate standardization of Pre Service processes across facilities.
