Qualifications

• Five years Healthcare Revenue Cycle.
• Bachelor Degree required.
• Three years insurance verification, managed care or care management desired.

Responsibilities

• Develop and build out the infrastructure for the Pre Service department to ensure a positive customer experience with smooth entry into the healthcare system.
• Plan, develop and execute hospital and patient services surrounding Pre Service with emphasis on a robust service level model.
• Direct, manage and lead strategies related to Pre Service technologies; collaborate across Norton Healthcare departments to meet goals.
• Oversee outsourcing contracts with service level agreements and maintain documentation for hospital admissions.
• Serve as liaison between physicians, office staff, and vendors to support quality assurance.
