Job summary

Norton Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Director, Pre-Service to lead the development of the future state infrastructure for the Pre Service department, ensuring a smooth entry into the healthcare system for patients and efficient collaboration with physicians and hospital staff.

You will oversee service level agreements, coordinate standardization across hospitals and clinicians, and drive initiatives to improve tracking and outcomes while partnering with senior leadership and vendors.

Qualifications

• Five years Healthcare Revenue Cycle experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and build out the infrastructure for the future state of Pre Service to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Plan, develop and execute hospital and patient services surrounding Pre Service.
• Create a robust service level model to support hospital entry to Norton Healthcare resources.
• Lead physician and hospital function strategies related to Pre Service technologies.
• Partner with other departments to meet service-line goals and manage outsourcing contracts with SLAs.
