Job summary

Norton Healthcare, Inc. seeks a Director, Pre-Service to architect the future state of the department, ensuring a seamless entry into the healthcare system and a positive patient experience.

In partnership with the System Director, Patient Access, you will lead standardization across hospitals and physicians, manage outsourcing SLAs, and foster strong cross-department collaboration to meet service-line goals.

Qualifications

• Five years Healthcare Revenue Cycle experience.
• Bachelor Degree.
• Three years insurance verification, managed care or care management (desired).

Responsibilities

• Manage service performance including outcomes, financial performance and patient/physician satisfaction.
• Collaborate with revenue cycle departments to promote patient access services and cohesive revenue cycle.
• Develop infrastructure for the future state of Pre Service to ensure a positive customer experience with smooth entry into the healthcare system.
• Coordinate standardization of Pre Service between hospitals, physicians and patients; design proposals and project plans.
• Build communication and relationships with staff, peers, physicians, community facilities and vendors.
