US Heart and Vascular in Georgia is seeking a Director of Practice Operations to lead the overall operation, guide patient care strategies, oversee physician employment, and drive strategic planning and financial performance across Georgia clinics. The role is full-time with up to 75% travel.

Responsibilities include establishing strategic plans, coordinating policies across divisions and satellite locations, reviewing financial statements, and guiding funding programs to achieve financial goals

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare management is required.
• Ten (10) years of progressive management experience in outpatient practice operations.
• Willingness to travel regularly between North and Central Georgia.
• Strong analytical, budgeting, and financial planning capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Directs the overall operation and provides executive leadership for practice.
• Oversees patient care, physician employment, strategic planning, marketing, and financial performance.
• Establishes strategic plans and leads implementation of those plans.
• Coordinates policies and procedures across divisions, departments, and satellite locations.
• Reviews financial statements to determine progress and revises objectives accordingly.
