Qualifications

• BS in Engineering with 10+ years of experience in electric utility engineering.
• Functional understanding of electrical, civil, structural and mechanical engineering as applied to power delivery.
• Advanced understanding of electric power utility industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Excellent team building and coloration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of engineering and professional services for Substation, Power & Control, Civil and Structural scopes for utility clients.
• Review program scope to meet contract and technical requirements; identify value and improve Leidos services.
• Monitor schedule performance; improve adherence through oversight and communication.
• Assess cost performance; drive cost-saving measures and standardization across the program.
• Ensure quality of deliverables; refine processes and tools for better service quality.
• Evaluate team skillsets and provide targeted training.
• Collaborate with section managers on delivery; assist with resource management and remediation.
• Partner with PMO to optimize program management; perform issue management and deep-dive investigations.
• Develop financial forecasts; coordinate with BD/AM on client initiatives.
• Support VP-T&S on special projects.
