Qualifications

• BS in Engineering with 10+ years of experience in electric utility engineering.
• Functional understanding of electrical, civil, structural and mechanical engineering as applied to power delivery.
• Advanced understanding of electric power utility industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Excellent team building and coloration skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of engineering and professional services for Substation P&C, Physical, Civil and Structural Scopes for utility clients.
• Engage technical teams, review progress, and maximize program outcomes with engineering managers.
• Review program scope to meet contract and technical requirements and deliver additional client value.
• Evaluate schedule performance and improve adherence across projects.
• Assess cost performance and drive cost-saving measures across the program.
• Develop and refine processes to improve quality of services.
• Provide targeted training and skill development to Leidos team members.
• Collaborate with Section Managers on engineering activity delivery and resource management.
• Partner with PMO to optimize program management and issue investigations.
• Develop financial forecasts and collaborate with BD/AM on client initiatives.
• Support VP of Transmission and Substation on special projects.
