Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Program Director, Power Delivery Solutions in the Philadelphia area to lead engineering and professional services on large power delivery programs. Qualifications

• BS in Engineering with 10+ years in electric utility engineering.
• Strong understanding of electrical, civil, structural, and mechanical engineering as applied to power delivery.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of engineering and professional services on assigned program(s).
• Engage technical teams, review progress and maximize program outcomes.
• Collaborate with Section Managers on delivery of engineering activities; support resource management.
• Partner with PMO to optimize program management and perform issue investigations.
• Develop financial forecasts of revenue and operating income; work with BD/AM on client initiatives.
• Support VP-T&S on special projects.
