Job summary

Ramp is hiring a Director of Technical Consulting to lead the post-sales Technical Consultant organization. This leader will own how Ramp helps complex customers move from signed deal to successful activation, focusing on technical implementation, integrations, and scalable operating models.

You will lead a growing team and partner with Customer Success, Account Management, Product, and Engineering to translate customer needs into scalable technical solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in customer-facing technical delivery in SaaS/enterprise software.
• 5+ years leading managers and scaling technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Ramp's Technical Consulting org including managers and consultants.
• Define operating model and capacity planning for Technical Consulting.
• Build repeatable, high-quality implementation and activation motions for enterprise customers.
• Balance customer urgency with disciplined scope, avoiding one-off custom work.
• Serve as senior escalation lead for complex customer situations.
