Successful candidates will collaborate with Customer Success and Account Management to optimize product usage, develop engagement strategies, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in customer-facing roles.
• 5+ years in a leadership role in SaaS or fintech.
• Proficiency in accounting workflows preferred.
