Job summary

Nextpower Inc. in Nashville seeks a Director of the PMO to build and lead the project management capabilities that drive disciplined execution and strong business performance across the Services BU.

This leader will establish change management, performance management, governance, and reporting, partnering with Product, Customer Operations, Finance, and Sales to translate strategy into measurable outcomes and scalable operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, engineering, finance, operations, analytics, or a related field.
• PMI certification required.
• 10+ years in business operations, program management, or analytics.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and large-scale programs.
• Strong problem-solving and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead PMO capabilities for Change Management and Performance Management.
• Establish strategic planning, OKRs, KPIs, and governance across the BU Services.
• Develop reporting and analytics to drive customer operations and product decisions.
• Partner with Finance, Sales, and Product Management to translate strategy into execution.
• Recruit, develop, and lead high-performing teams.
• Foster accountability and data-driven decision making across the org.
