Job summary

Better Being Co. in Ogden, Utah is seeking a Director, PMO & Change Management to lead the organization's Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), New Product Development (NPD), project portfolio governance, and change management.

This role partners with Marketing, R&D, Regulatory, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance and Operations to align priorities, accelerate commercialization, and improve cross-functional execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, or related field required.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in project management, product lifecycle management, operations, manufacturing, supply chain, or related leadership roles.
• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience leading New Product Development and commercialization activities within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and organizational initiatives through successful completion.
• Strong understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), stage-gate processes, change management, and project portfolio management.
• Proven ability to build relationships, influence decision-making, and drive results across multiple departments.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and competing business demands in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Own PLM processes aligning strategy with execution.
• Establish portfolio governance prioritizing initiatives.
• Prioritize and resource new product and strategic initiatives.
• Drive cross-functional accountability to keep projects on schedule.
• Lead NPD from concept to commercialization.
• Oversee change management activities across product, packaging, QA, and supply chain.
• Develop KPIs and report portfolio performance to executives.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and collaboration.
• Lead PMO and Change Management teams with coaching and development.
