This is a hybrid position based in Ogden, Utah. Candidates must be able to work onsite in our Ogden office a minimum of 4 days per week.

The Director, PMO & Change Management is responsible for leading the organization's Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), New Product Development (NPD), project portfolio governance, and change management functions. This role serves as a key strategic partner, ensuring business priorities are effectively evaluated, prioritized, resourced, and executed across the organization.
The Director provides leadership and oversight for the Project Management Office and Change Management teams while establishing the governance, processes, and performance metrics necessary to drive operational excellence and successful commercialization of new products. This position works cross-functionally with Marketing, Research & Development, Regulatory, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations to align business objectives, improve execution, and accelerate organizational results.
