Qualifications

• 5–7 years of progressive experience in physician recruitment, provider relations, or healthcare leadership.
• Demonstrated success in strategic planning, contracting, and physician workforce development.
• Strong relationship building, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements, fair market value standards, and physician compensation models.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive physician services strategy aligned with goals and growth.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, credentialing coordination, and integration of providers.
• Oversee contracting, negotiation, renewal, and compliance with standards.
• Serve as primary liaison to physicians, strengthening engagement and retention.
