Job summary

Medical Mutual in Ohio seeks a Director of Provider Network Management to oversee relationships with physicians and provider networks, negotiate contracts and reimbursement strategies, and implement region-wide network initiatives.

You will lead cross-functional teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive cost, access, and quality improvements across all product lines while supporting sales, clinical and network informatics colleagues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or related field.
• MBA or MHA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and negotiates contracts to meet local and regional network targets.
• Maintains relationships with high volume providers and health systems.
• Directs provider network operations, quality, and staff development.
• Collaborates with Sales, Clinical, and Network Informatics to support provider partnerships.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and accreditation for networks.
