Essentia Health is seeking a Director of Physician and Provider Recruitment to lead recruitment strategy and operations for physicians and advanced practice providers. You will oversee a team, modernize processes, and enhance data reporting while traveling to key markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
• Eight years of progressive healthcare recruitment experience with at least three years of leadership.
• HR certification such as SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or AAPPR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for physician and advanced practice provider recruitment.
• Oversee two direct reports and a team of 14 FTEs.
• Modernize and standardize recruitment processes, strengthen technology and reporting.
• Improve pipeline visibility and forecasting with a proactive, data-driven approach.
• Build relationships with physician leaders and executive leadership.
