Job summary

Interwell Health in Los Angeles is seeking a Director, Network Development to expand our physician partnerships nationwide, blending sales, strategy, analytics and field leadership.

You will secure contracts, build market strategies, and collaborate with nephrologists, hospital systems and payers to implement value-based care models. Expect 25-50% travel and a leadership role driving growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of account management or sales management experience.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and basic reporting tools.
• Experience with Value-Based Care (VBC) and Integrated Care Management Services; nephrology a plus.
• Experience communicating with healthcare providers and practice administrators.
• Understanding of ACOs, bundled payments, and risk-sharing arrangements.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to align incentives with physician practices and payers.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel 25-50%.

Responsibilities

• Identify and follow up leads for physician partnerships and new business opportunities.
• Secure contracts and align nephrology practices with our value proposition and enrollment process.
• Develop market-specific network strategies using local intelligence and objectives.
• Foster partnerships with nephrologists, surgeons, hospital systems, providers, and payers.
• Implement value-based compensation models and educate provider and payer communities.
• Partner with payor and provider teams to drive engagement through events and sessions.
• Collaborate with data teams to maintain regional master data and reporting.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Product, Clinical, and Account Management teams on growth programs.
