Job summary

Conga in Houston, TX, is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support headcount planning, employee relations, and the full HR lifecycle. You will partner with leaders to translate business goals into people strategies and ensure compliance with employment laws.

You'll collaborate with management, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning & Development to deliver integrated HR solutions, coach managers, and drive positive outcomes for employees and the business.

Qualifications

• Ideally a minimum of 3 years of proven experience in HR business partner and/or HR generalist roles.
• Knowledge of federal and state labor laws.
• Proficient with Human Resources Information Systems; experience with Workday preferred.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Employee advocate, business advisor and organization champion.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to align people strategies with organizational objectives; support talent planning and development.
• Coach managers on employee relations matters, team dynamics, organizational design, and talent management best practices.
• Collaborate with Finance & Talent Acquisition to support hiring plans and workforce planning initiatives.
• Analyze workforce data to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and provide actionable recommendations to leaders.
• Lead employee relations activities and ensure fair, compliant resolution of workplace concerns.
