Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Senior People Leader in HR.
• Experience in a retail environment is a plus.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Ability to lead HR teams across multiple units and markets.
• Proficient in HR technology, systems and analytics.
• Excellent strategic thinking and decision making.
• Executive coaching and counsel to senior leaders.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate crucial conversations.
