Job summary

VaxCare in Orlando is seeking a Director, People Business Partner to shape organizational design, leadership capabilities, and talent strategy as we grow. You will work with the Chief People Officer to translate business priorities into scalable People solutions.

As a strategic partner to senior leaders, you will influence workforce planning, succession, performance, and employee relations, while fostering a strong company culture and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive HR/People experience, including HRBP/PeopleBP roles.
• Demonstrated experience advising senior executives and leaders.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on people and organizational strategies.
• Partner with leaders on org design, workforce planning, succession, and leadership development.
• Build scalable People processes and operating rhythms aligned with business priorities.
• Coach leaders through complex talent decisions and change initiatives.
• Drive employee relations, engagement, and a positive employee experience.
