Formación

• 10+ years of progressive HR leadership with senior partner experience.
• Proven ability to improve retention and engagement with measurable impact.
• Ability to connect workforce decisions to revenue growth and project delivery.
• Experience supporting a complex, multi-location or matrixed organization.

Responsabilidades

• Lead People Strategy and Business Partnership aligning org design with business goals.
• Own retention strategy with clear goals and actions to retain critical talent.
• Drive leadership development, performance management, and internal mobility.
• Oversee HR operations and Total Rewards in partnership with Legal and HR teams.
