AdventHealth in Florida seeks an experienced executive partner to support the Chief People Officer. You will manage complex calendars, coordinate strategic projects, and ensure timely action items. You’ll shape communications, engage leaders, and help advance enterprise HR goals while representing the CPO in select meetings.

The role emphasizes strategic analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and confidential stakeholder management in a large healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a leadership role with visible impact.
• 7+ years in a functional area with process improvement experience.
• Bachelor's degree; Master’s preferred.
• Experience in healthcare or a large complex organization is a plus.
• PHR and RN licenses are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute critical projects and stakeholder touchpoints for the CPO.
• Manage executive calendars, prioritize topics, and ensure follow-up.
• Develop communications and engagement strategies for the executive team.
• Partner with senior leaders to shape proposals aligned with HR priorities.
• Represent the CPO in select meetings and support informed decisions.
