Job summary

VaxCare LLC in Orlando seeks a Director, People Business Partner to partner with senior leaders, shaping organization and leadership capabilities for growth. This role reports to the Chief People Officer and builds a scalable PBP model across design, planning, talent and performance.

Candidates bring 10+ years in HR, strategic advisory experience, and strong skills in analytics, communication and change leadership to guide enterprise talent decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive Human Resources/People experience, including as an HR/People partner.
• Demonstrated experience advising senior executives and shaping strategy.
• Strong organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, succession, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted People advisor to senior leaders, translating priorities into organizational and People strategies.
• Build and evolve the People Business Partner model with leadership; create scalable operating rhythms.
• Lead talent discussions, reviews, succession planning and leadership development with business leaders.
• Coach leaders through complex organizational and employee-relations matters with sound judgment.
