AdventHealth in Florida seeks an experienced executive partner to support the Chief People Officer in driving strategy and execution across the HR function. The role requires collaborating with senior leaders, coordinating agendas, and shaping communications for boards and executives.

The successful candidate will translate complex data into actionable insights, lead change initiatives, and ensure accountable delivery of HR projects aligned with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Experience partnering with C-suite executives and leading strategic HR initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Proven ability to influence and drive organization-wide change.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CPO to lead critical projects and stakeholder touchpoints.
• Manage executive agendas, calendars, and communications for strategic topics.
• Identify risks, respond to issues, and ensure timely follow-up on actions.
• Represent the CPO in select meetings and brief the CPO for informed decisions.
• Develop engagement strategies to support HR priorities and enterprise goals.
• Oversee communications and the CPO’s external professional brand.
