Job summary

GLOBO Language Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced HR professional to own the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding in a fast-growing environment.

You will lead full-cycle recruiting, design performance review frameworks, and ensure labor-law compliance while guiding benefits, payroll integration, and data-driven insights through Paylocity. You will mentor the People Ops team and coach managers to foster high performance and a culture of innovation.

Qualifications

• Lead full-cycle recruiting strategy and optimize candidate experience.
• Architect performance review cycles and promotion frameworks.
• Monitor turnover, eNPS, and time-to-hire using HRIS (Paylocity) to provide insights.
• Guide the company through complex labor laws and ensure policies are legally sound.
• Mentor People Ops team members and coach managers to foster a high-performance culture.
• Manage benefits administration, payroll integration, and competitive salary benchmarking.
