Job summary

Gartner is seeking a Senior Director to lead research and advisory efforts in its Human Resources Practice, focusing on AI, data governance, and HR technology strategy for CHROs and HR leaders. The role supports APAC clients with 6–8 hours of monthly engagement and operates within Gartner's BTI group.

You will craft provocative, market-leading insights, mentor junior analysts, and present research at Gartner conferences and client briefings, while collaborating with IT and business leaders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 12+ years in HR technology or operations leadership with data governance ownership.
• Experience implementing and managing HR tech at enterprise scale.
• Global data governance, privacy, and compliance awareness for AI HR tech usage.
• Strong executive presence with ability to engage CHROs and senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Create innovative research and deliverables for Gartner clients in multiple formats.
• Develop insights and strategic approaches to client needs for timely action.
• Produce in-depth analysis identifying root causes and reframing client challenges.
• Present at Gartner events and client briefings with high impact.
• Mentor junior analysts and collaborate across the BTI community.
