Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Director of People Analytics to build and scale the function for a global workforce. Remote in the United States, you will partner with HR, Finance, and IT to shape data-driven decisions and a strong operating rhythm across the organization.

You will translate complex business questions into analytical frameworks, deliver executive-ready narratives, and drive practical solutions that improve workforce planning and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years in people analytics or related fields with leadership experience
• Proven track record in building or enhancing people analytics capabilities in high-growth organizations
• Ability to translate complex business questions into actionable analytical frameworks and narratives
• Deep knowledge of workforce data and HR technology, particularly with systems like Workday and Greenhouse
• Experience collaborating with HR, Finance, and IT on workforce planning and decision-making processes
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate data quality and technical solutions effectively
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills to build trust across diverse audiences

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the people analytics function, defining its mandate and service model
• Build a reliable workforce data foundation with clear metrics and quality controls
• Co-own integrated workforce planning with cross-functional teams to ensure accountability
• Design executive decision products to improve workforce-related choices and planning
• Lead prioritization decisions to maintain a foundation-first roadmap as the function scales
• Develop organizational and talent intelligence capabilities to identify risks and actionable insights
• Create a global-local data model that balances enterprise standards with local needs
