WTW is seeking a Director of Configuration & Analysis to lead a multi-functional U.S. and offshore organization that drives the enterprise center of excellence for tax-favored employee and retiree benefits.

The role covers configuration, business/data analysis, validation, governance, and platform consulting across WTW's Individual Marketplace. Responsibilities include strategic leadership for client implementations, ongoing configuration management, QA, funding/support processes, and delivery

Qualifications

• Required experience leading operations, configuration, or analysis teams (10+ years).
• 5+ years of people leadership across multiple locations.
• Experience with governance, quality controls, validation, change control, and audit readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead U.S. and offshore configuration, analysis, validation, and readiness teams.
• Establish standards, metrics, and controls across configuration and delivery.
• Oversee quality assurance, risk management, and documentation governance.
• Partner with Operations, Product, Technology, Compliance, and Client Services to deliver scalable solutions.
