Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Management or related field.
• MBA preferred for leadership track.
• Experience in professional services operations management.

Responsibilities

• Lead staffing decisions for PEG teams and managers.
• Manage capacity and workforce planning across Bay Area and Seattle.
• Drive PEG priorities, initiatives and reporting to leadership.
• Coordinate training, coaching and development for PEG staff.
